Key contract win for £5.2m transformation of historic Hull homes

S&D Flooring is delighted to have been appointed to deliver the flooring for a £5.2m overhaul of two iconic buildings - and over 70 homes - in the heart of Hull.

 Rich in history and character, Turner Court and Owbridge Court are set for a comprehensive upgrade programme, which includes new kitchens, bathrooms and refurbished communal spaces.

Housing association Thirteen Group has appointed regeneration specialist RE:GEN Group Yorkshire & East Midlands to modernise the homes and make them energy-efficient for years to come.

And we can’t wait for the project to kick-off and play a small part in preserving these historic flats while helping to create a modern and sustainable space for their residents.
