Safety floor install at Community Diagnostic Centre in Hull

After five months and thousands of hours on site, we were proud to complete all the safety flooring at the new Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Community Diagnostic Centre.

A major milestone in the £18m Albion Square redevelopment masterplan, this project required exceptional precision, especially in clinical and technical areas.

Installed to control electrostatic discharge within the MRI scanner room, the Gerflor Mipolam EL7 dissipative floor is a crucial safety feature for medical environments and the three-tier colour scheme adds excellent visual interest.

It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Vinci Building UK and the wider project team on such an important NHS development in our home city of Hull.
